Red Rooster Harlem is the latest creation of award-winning chef Marcus Samuelsson. They asked us to create a bold, vintage-inspired site, drawing from print work we had previously done for them.

The site features public domain vintage photography, lightboxed menus and a custom jQuery slideshow. We used Typekit to access unusual, appropriate typefaces to match graphics built Hoefler & Frere-Jones’ Knockout family.

We partnered with illustrator Steve Halker to produce this custom vintage map.
